@Jdoki
Burden is on you to prove that AAA games sold for $5 negatively impacts the gaming industry over steam.
Until you can then a DRM requirement of games being tied to your account ONLY and nothing intrusive is a pretty sweet tradeoff.
If anything It has shown the gaming industry that stupidly cheap games is extremely lucrative and eliminates the used game market AND piracy. At the same time you completely win over the consumer.

Even if it is a f2p for m$...
you'll still need to dish out a monthly fee to M$ to play online.
very stupid. considering 10 year old hardware can run LoL

an integrated graphics card...
jeez man stop just stop. Don't ever upload to N4G with that crap again.
That's exactly what an Indie Dev is. Had they gone the publisher route they would need to take same avenue of approach to steam as everyone else
Kickstarter I wouldn't argue that.
But Console makers have light years to go before they can match up to Steam.
best melee combat system I've played to date belongs to Chivalry: Medieval Warfare
Oh how I'd love to see it in Skyrim. Would work with Zelda as well
online polls is nowadays is just a "whats trending" there is no weight to them anymore.

This imo is how Online play should be introduced to TES fans.
I don't think I'd be too thrilled with a pure TES title being coop/online play knowing they could have vested more time into singleplayer.
This is how Final Fantasy introduced it and nobody complained even when they went as far as giving their FF a numbered entry.
sitting on a 7970 and a 4.5ghz core I5 2500k.
I'll be waiting another generation before I upgrade. Depending on how maxwell does. A new CPU might be my only upgrade this cycle.
The modding community is what will sell Kinect 2.0
you are talking about the piston?
you mean the steambox Valve spoke out against because of the price?
no.
I agree with Team Meat but they've had beef with M$ for awhile.

I would guess they are technically right. Content that existed on the storyboard won't even be started until after the game launches means it's still content that was cut out.
Remember a few years back when the defense for DLC was "well just skip lunch for a day or two"
Ya Now you're gonna have to skip lunch for a week every time a new game comes out.
Keep on supporting the DLC scam. I don't buy into it as I'm a pc gamer and use mods when I can. But I can't wait to see how much they screw you guys over.
@why oh why
Just as a brief history lesson at least on the PC side. Ba...
Pretty soon I expect you'll see Sony and M$ going the Valve route of selling you not games but "licenses" to said games. Except in the PC's case. Steam games can be bought for so cheap that nobody really cares.
If you sell someone a license to play a game then this kind of skirts around the issue of doing what you want with owning the game.
throw in the whole "license is non-transferrable blah bla blah unless you pay said fee" an...
wait...there was a game?
did you even fullscreen your own link Pixelsword...
It looks like crap with pretty tinfoil on it.
They updated it. It's an always-on feature now.
