I don't care how developers rates the consoles. Their position is based on how easy it is to design and code for each console. I just care about the end product, and at this point in time I play on my PS3 more than I do my Xbox.
Too Late.... I've moved on months ago.
Head to Head: Is Mobile Gaming Killing the Portable Market?
Answer: No, IMO the portable Gaming market is killing itself.
Casual gamers utilize the mobile device to "pass the time" while waiting to do something else such as waiting for a movie to start, standing in line etc. Most gamers who purchase a portable gaming device most likely also have a console. And for me the main problem is the difference in control schemes. IE PSP has a terrible button...
I hate these type of articles....
I'm going to get both because I'm in love with gaming and not individual game companies or consoles makers.
Oh Yeah.... Give us more Claptrap and his friends.
PLsm4, I fully understand how to use my TV and have played many games in 3D as I stated. My point is that I do not feel it enhanced the game, and as a result I end up playing the game in 2D. Why... because I enjoy the 2D experience better.
That's funny Sony never asked what I thought. I own a 3D TV and rarely use it to play games on. I mostly watch movies in 3D. I tried playing KZ2, COD:BO, GT5, and Crysis2 using 3D but to me it seemed more of a hassle than an enhancement. My eyes got tired and I seemed to lose some skill in obtaining kills. Granted... maybe I just didn’t play long enough to get used to the 3d effect, but in my opinion I'd rather play in normal 2d mode
I'm sorry folks but this looks like a oversized PSP. And how exactly do you connect it to the TV for HD quality? Do I use a really long HDMI cable running from my couch to the TV?
I need more information...
So how does this thing work... Do I have a really long HDMI cable sticking out the back running from my couch to the TV? How about two players?
I'm confused...
I'm skeptical that this a true report... Could it be true, Yes, but I doubt an increase in internet searches equates to a loss in consumer trust. Maybe in the short term, but long term people will get over it.
I don't view the E3 as a contest for Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo. I am a gamer, and I like all three systems. I want a solid showing from all three. Ranking each presentation only leads to articles like this one. Try focusing on games and not comparisions, and the gaming world will be a better place.
Really.... Maybee people should just start communicating on the internet as if they were face to face with the person they are talking with. If everybody did that there would be a lot less trash talking and threats. It is easy to make arguments and threats when you know there is no recourse from the other side...
Not sure stating that each Sony Customer lost $318 is a tryue statement. I have lost nothing tangible... I've only lost time.
Gut feelings say this article is full of bull
We live in an entitlement age. Everybody wants something for nothing... Quite trying to stir up something you don't deserve. Waaa I couldn't use PSN for over a week... I want a year of free games and a trip to the GDC. Anything less and I'll cry and whine and post articles on the internet.
Sony, Take your time and fix it right... so we don't have to go through this again.
How is America stealing Arab Oil? I could be wrong but I think it is sold on the open market... by Arab countries. I don't condone everything government has done but I will stand up for what is right regardless of how it started. As for being brainwashed... I think it is you who lacks the whole picture.
I can see that the author is the same type of person who would bow down to terrorists and thugs... As long as they aren’t hurting me is his motto. He would look the other way while you are being mugged, because he would not want to confront the attackers, it might cause them to start a fight.... Grow a pair and stand up for what is right. Sony did everything I expect them to do as a customer.
I disagee with the premise of the article. The PSN was not crippled by a attack. PSN was breached by an external source and Sony shut down the PSN to prevent the intrusion from doing further damage. At this point Sony cannot simply turn PSN back on with closing the security breach first. The differance between Sony and MS is that Sony cares what happens to thier customers and shut the PSN down to protect them. While MS typically does the bare minimium and only responds after a customer a...
Don't get you panties in a wad Nancy....
Everybody knows the 360 is the console of choice for FPS games, at least thats what I have been told. :)
