this 44 year old guy is on n4g, I think his name is silentnegotiator.
whatever it is they must have fairly low expectations...
It's more like you're accepting something which was stolen by the person who hacked or made available the pirate copy. You're not actually the one who committed the crime, but you still may question ones morals for using a stolen item.
yeah but he makes you want to cringe, you just want to slap him about a bit to bring him back into some form of line. You worry about this guy is what you do.
Yes it is very immature. European countries have a much healthier attitude toward sex. It's talked about, safe sex is encouraged, and it isn't a taboo like the religious make it out to be. The more secular countries actually lower teenage pregnancy too, but I don't have a source for that just now sorry.
Lets also not go down the infamous 'n4g different opinion argument' either as though you think every opinion has the same logical validity. You sure do hav...
it's because in america you get a lot of the devout religious. They have a very mentally immature attitude toward sex.
david jaffe will come up with one
Piracy is just a red-herring for these publishers. DRM took off during an age when piracy was less of an issue, it's main reason of its implementation, in my opinion, was to kill the used game market.
Valve even release data to publishers showing them what happens when you take the strict DRM route.
"Recently I was in a meeting and there’s a company that had a third party DRM solution and we showed them look, this is what happens, at this point in yo...
Or it's like comparing american football to real football. There's just no contest :)
Lord Pachter, the noblest of all gamers, I salute thee.
yes it is on steam, just not on sale :)
I'm just waiting for it to go on a steam sale because I'm cheap :)
don't spin his interpretation of game-mechanics, your argument is a straw man.
you do know what former means right?
It also seems as though the more niche multiplatform and sports titles sell a lot more strongly on the ps3 these days. 360 will always have the monopoly on the big hitters this gen though.
edit: The Vita really isn't too expensive. Note the amount of yuppies and hipsters paying up to £1000 for apple laptops that you would pay half the price for better specs on PC/laptop. The recession is long over, granted people are more frugal now, however, the Vita is priced perfe...
sony doing pretty well here; surprised at those PSP numbers... why wouldn't you want a Vita instead. Perhaps the lack of Japanese tailored software in comparison to the PSP?
Interesting point; if the ps3 outsells the 360 by that margin every week if will surpass it in sales by the end of the year. However, we all know how strong MS is during the holiday period and especially with Halo4 expected it will be a difficult task.
really not the same thing as CS Tonester.
If I might add, CS is as much arcade shooter as it gets, the difference between it and CoD is that the former requires tremendous skill to be adept whilst the latter is noob friendly. The fact I consider CS as arcade-like is not slander in any shape or form.
*By arcade-like I refer to its lack of realism in gameplay; tailored more toward fun*
I hope not, lets spice things up a bit.
perhaps that's a sign of how deep the termites have gotten on this site. We are so accustomed to the ridiculous being ardently argued as truth.
if I win the comment lottery I will bestow my prize to Cat.
