Also permanent input lag.
Seriously? These are just assets from the Unreal Marketplace. I see one game EXACTLY like this AT LEAST once a week in the indie "dev" channels. The environment, for instance, is the "Neon District" asset. A trillion "games" on Youtube with it.
"The End is a game divided in episodes. The first one lasts a little more than an hour and goes from the release of the fox to the meeting with the goddess Inari." lol what a scam...
Since this article is complete bullshit, I’m here to tell the truth: only two games for August.
RDR2 and Portal 3. Old costumers will get a treat: the original Zelda.
Now I can have a N4G level blog.
Too bad for them, RDR2 will not come out for a loooong time.
Yeah, a world where people like you hate who earned lots of money and became financially independent just because...
Yeah, the envy is real.
About the bad alpha, yes, there are many degrees of being a nerdy freak. Knowing everything about everything on the internet has its own level. Congrats.
Yup, after milking the cow dry, they throw it away. How honorable. Gamers totally respect you now, WB.
I bet loot drops were improved as well, just to prove how the presence of microtransactions screw balance design.
Ps: they don’t really need sustainability. They are millionaire without even releasing the game.
The question still stands, though. I’d like to know why else the devs are disliked, apart from the “they don’t care about my platform” (which everyone has been guilty at least once already, no judgements).
Hm...
As you said, they already made hundreds of millions, so it sounds like they don’t need to profit on sales...
High end ultra almost impossible graphics is also one of their top selling points, so they really don’t need consoles.
And even disagreeing with their stance on consoles, one has to wonder if they didn’t become even more liked by “master race” pc fanboys after taking shots on “dirty” consoles.
Care to elaborate on the arrogant part?
No need to ignore them, as I don't care about any bait bs.
PS4, finally!!!
You can’t compare every hack and slash to God of War. The world is not divided between the masterpiece and not good games.
Darksiders has been here for a long time, offering a very different experience.
Turn-based, so no.
Released it early to build hype from their conference. A completely shallow "reveal", as much as the 100% obvious "we're doing another ES". Which they don't even have a name for.
"Crackdown" haha
But seriously... I would only bet on Metro and Days Gone actually releasing on the current schedule.
Anthem's marketing/hype is probably very far from what they need and Crackdown, well... If the idea is an actual good game, there are some delays ahead...
IMO, fans are overreacting. But that's probably only N4G being N4G.
I am a big PS player too, not on the whole fanboy thing though, and to me it feels like a somewhat shallow game. The combat lacks impact, but I get that it is a design matter, due to the hero's speed focus.
Ok, it has to be quick, but you can make some visual changes, put more juice in combat, improve animations and timing, and the hero can seem more powerful. In Destiny beta, on...
^ Comments doing the opposite.
"How dare he not be excited?"
^ Exactly. And announcements on this E3 wouldn't be "6 months before" PS5, so...
Do a quick fact check on this bizarre theory and you'll see that only 6 months before the PS4 release date (November 2013) we had TLOU, God of War Ascension, Beyond: Two Souls and, even after it, Gran Turismo 6.
Enjoy denial and make up fake statements as much as you want, but this is not the reason for the lack of announcements.
Neon District, for instance: https://www.unrealengine.co...
Seriously, just search for "Neon District" on Youtube and you'll see dozens of it. Some with the fox as well. lol
