The only mistake coming from an actual ACT by them was that horrendous trailer last year.
All the rest is pure BS.
Maybe dropping it is good for innovation by driving the innovation in a more enjoyable and profitable way.
I use my "xbox turn off - yes" and "xbox pause" quite often, surely it has potential for when people are more used to this kind of stuff, but as far as gaming is concerned, its innovation so far is not that relevant.
^ Surely 99% of their employees don't know the answer. They weren't even supposed to know it. That's why you only have to take seriously when the right people is talking.
It is also obvious that you'll see a lot of flip flop if you trust random so-called "insiders", "leakers", that make loads of money making stuff up.

What makes the XBox One unique is what we don't like about it: the "I can do everything" idea, the multimedia focus.
This is what MS focus on to sell to über casuals and even non-gamers.
This PR nightmare only is relevant to ubernerds.
The majority of gamers will see the videos and run to buy the game.

I don't think it is expensive. It has great games to offer, on par with the PS4.
I feel like the writer wants to buy something for much less than it is worth.
PC will mostly always be prettier and have a better performance for those with a great rig. It just won't be better on the online aspects (imminent cheating ahead) and on terrible ports (even then mods can fix it later).
Still, people want to know how the other versions run. 60 FPS on 1080P? Obviously not. But, as said, people are still wondering if it is capped and SOLID at 30 FPS, for instance.
