I am playing it on PS4 and have not experience major problems.
There was 1 cut scene that was lagging and and side quest that is glitch since the person that is suppose to appear to finish the quest is just on vacation somewhere else.
Anyway if there are any other problems the developer should fix it.
After Bloodborne I don't know if I can adapt back to Dark Souls :(

BC is not bad but is not also a killer feature and not something everyone will use. First you gotta check of the game you want to play is supported and then if you don't have it, you still to buy am old gen physical game to play it on your current gen console, does hat makes sense to the masses? Today PS4 is the number 1 console on the world and in every market in both hardware and software sales where MS has not even a single market where they can surpass the PS4.
Now, in front of the magnificent E3 conference that Sony gave, the new excuse, that has no substance whatsoever, is that the games shown are for 2016 and not 2015.

E3 conferences, in all their history, has never been about the games coming in the next 3 months, NEVER. It has always been about new technology, what's coming in the future and new games.

On X1
1 check if the game you want to play is supported first. Not all are supported.
2 if you don't own that game, you have to buy a physical copy of an old game and then play it.
On PS4
1 Go to the store, find the game you want to play
Rent it and stream it.

Games are games no matter when they are released. Looks to me you are just looking for an excuse to not accept how legendary Sony's conference was.
Also, take in mind that none of those games you mention will affect the PS4 at all as no other game or strategy from MS has affected or scratch the PS4.

Sony gave a 10/10 conference for the history books and undoubtedly won E3.
Microsoft did a good conference, although it was focused on the old same cycle halo, forza, gears, but the magic, nostalgia, tears, and jaw drops of Sony conference was unique and blow MS in the shadows.

Head to head on VR? Microsoft doesn't has a VR solution of their own, they just gave their controller to be packaged with Oculus and hololens is just AR and not comparable to VR.
Sony on the other hand has a full PS4 VR device with their studios making games for it. MS is not even on a competition here.
