I highly doubt that seeing as weve not even got a gameplay video yet and it was just announced last e3. Look at sonys other 1st partys, they rarely get shown and then release 1.5-2 years later. If we get an actual explosion of gameplay videos and info maybe q2 but im thinking more q1 2020 or later. Look at when death stranding was announced (e3 2016) and that game might not even ship until fall 2019 or later. Sony usually takes 4-6 years to make a 1st party game.

Wow kinda crazy its been over 20 years since i played the original. RE2 and CVX are two of my favorites in the series... Heres hoping CVX gets the remake treatment as well. The remake of RE1 on the gamecube was much better than the orig so im hoping RE2 is something like that.

Why cant they make a good story tho? 343 being a ms 1st party studio with a huge budget, its not like they couldnt hire some amazing writters in the genre. Its almost like 343 wanted to make halo so different from the bungie 1s they forgot what made the original 3 (4 counting odst). An amazing mp and sp campaign.
The word "we" is very subjective. I say 343 has had 3 games like bungie and its now time to let another dev make a halo and let 343 make a new i.p.

However, its only 4.5 years into this gen when it took the 360 +10 years to sell the 85 or so million youre reffering to. Furthermore, i doubt the xb1 will sell anywhere near that # lifetime. They would be lucky to reach even 45 mil when its rumored to only sell 30 mil in 4.5 years.
If ps5 launches in 2020 it could absolutely do some weird resolution like 1400-1800 p with 60 fps.. Some games are already doing checkerboard 4k 30 so to get native 4k 30 in the ps5 should be a breeze. The xb1x is what 1.5 times greater than the pro? But look at the difference between the pro and base ps4... if the pro was just a mid gen upgrade and not a true step forward, wont the ps5 be at least 3 times as powerful as the pro?
