See, now this will REALLY get on my nerves when it comes to a game I care about more than a little. For all we know, it could have happened multiple times already. When Resident Evil 6, Devil May Cry 5 and Assassin's Creed 2 get gimped, then I'm going to be angry. This should be the beginnings of a mass exodus for all the Xbox fans to make the switch to PS3 so we can all enjoy games to their full potential. I don't mean to come off as a fanboy, but there is no gentler way to say this.

and let me tell you, this is a MAJOR disappointment. All they did was gimp the hell out of him. Supposedly before, there were secrets in place to defeat him which SE did not see fit to tell us. But, after the media took notice to the "18 hour" fights, SE claimed it was not intentional and turned this enemy (Absolute Virtue) into a big pansy. (no fight in the game is meant to be 18 hours long as far as I know.. some take a few hours but at 18 you're probably doing something wrong.) ...

I think you are right for the most part. I think the programming curve is pretty much being overcome at this point; the PS3 is not new anymore. Many times when they hastily ported some 360 games to PS3, the result of course was not up to par. At the same time, I really have not seen any 360 games as good looking as Uncharted and MGS4. I have not seen every single 360 game and if anyone knows any that look as good or better, I would like to see them (not being sarcastic). The 360 was a year be...

lol I think Sony heard people say that PS3 had no games and they took it really personally. They decided to give us more games than anyone can actually afford. Most are not the rental type either, they're stuff you'll want to own. If they're jamming all of this into 2008, they must have tons waiting for 2009 as well. Only had my PS3 since June and I already have about 15 games, it's getting crazy now.
