I'll be honest I doubt Sony will port PS3 games to the NGP. Though I would like to see some on the NGP.
As for emulation v remake. The emotion engine is pretty difficult the emulate so "remakes" are probably better.
And Minis.
I hope they also put Dreamcast games on the device. That would be just down right day one material.

As I outlined in my previous post, PSSuite is *NOT* the same as the Playstation Network. There for any purchase's you make on PSN wont transfer to the PSS.

In all fairness to Sony on this one, I dont think you can link your PSN account to the phone.
Probably to prevent putting off the more casual users, so that they don't have to create new accounts for certain services.
Plus PSSuite, isn't the same as the PSN, so another explanation really.
I will admit, this has put me off this phone, but I'm still considering, Xperia Play or iPhone (whatever gen).

It says in the ToS of the update that Sony are not liable to any damages made to the PS3 during the update.

If you sign a piece of software with a key similar to the one retweeted the PS3 reads it as offical software.

When following the DMCA, information you find that can lead to copyright infringment needs to be kept personal or deleted. Geohot released this information which lead to piracy on the PS3.
Piracy, as we all know, is in major violation of Copyright laws.

I dont agree it wont ever have mainstream approval, but only because something new will come along and all of the blame will land on that.
But he is right, video games are one of the most popular forms of entertainment. The lack of approval is probably helping that.
