This is pretty much the Xbox 2, they just won't market it as such.
It was a move made out of desperation. Announcing an upgrade of your current system that is 18 months out is hilarious.

The textures (look at the ground) and lighting arent all that impressive. The art style is nice though.

"No one left behind" is not true in the slightest.
The current Xbox One does not support and will not support VR. If you want VR on Xbox you NEED Xbox Scorpio. So just that alone will create Xbox Scorpio exclusives.
