Uncharted 4 sold more than alot of multiplats, so does Gran Turismo. Gears use to be in that league too.

I don't think you understand how little these games are selling on Xbox One in NA and UK. This isn't them being ignorant, they aren't getting the returns. Do you honestly think these Japanese games mostly being only on PlayStation is a coincidence? The sales ratio for Final Fantasy in the UK (for example) is literally 90/10 normally and the Xbox and PS4 aren't seperated by that much in the UK, so that's not an excuse either.

From what I have heard, Square regrets announcing KH3 for Xbox One, which makes sense, considering they aren't even putting the remasters on there. I also heard, the only reason they released that HD remake of the Vita game (Type-O) on Xbox One is because of the FFXV demo, which also makes sense, considering they haven't announced any Japanese games for Xbox One since, they have all been PS4 exclusive.

About Phantom Dust, Apparently they are making an remaster or HD version of it still, but I haven't heard anything about it in a while. It's most likely not a retail release though, so it technically shouldn't be there.

For example PS4 has sold approx 16M-17M in the US, 4M-5M in the UK and have 50M worldwide.

This doesn't even include digital only (indie) exclusives (those lists are in the links posted) and that list is just as lopsided.
