Sony won't do it. With the install bases how they are, Microsoft benefits from cross play more than Sony would.
It doesn't make business sense for them to do it.
2017 on PS4 is insane.
News is about to break, it's only an Arena not a destructible city anymore.
"Crackdown 3 comes with Wrecking Zone - a 10-person Player-vs-Player race to tear down the opposing team’s stronghold using your strongest Agent superpowers in a 100% destructible battle arena powered by Microsoft Cloud."

It already started, Crackdown 3 is 30fps.
@Deep Throat
Sony does this on the PS Blog and their YouTube channel.
Just start telling people to wait for something, like next E3.
Agreed. I even think Crackdown, SOT and SOD had pretty weak showings, I expected more from SOD.
I think people expected "The most powerful console" to not rely on indie games and games from the early 2000's to showcase why you need it.
Something is obviously different or they would have shown it.
They showed a bunch of timed exclusive indie games. The conference was pretty weak overall.
Yikes!
Dice isn't making the SP/Campaign.
So excited for this.
Phil Spencer lies all the time. I mean, at E3 2013 he said they were creating 5 new studios.... It didn't happen, instead you got huge droughts and B/C.
The fact they claim 360 games top the daily chart on their next gen console is embarrassing. That's nothing to brag about.
It was about to be announced anyway afaik.
I won't be surprised to see Anthem get heavily downgraded (like Watch Dogs or The Division) and gets moved to 2019 instead.
