Random. But on that note, the 2 platforms have a way smaller user base compared to PS4. I expect Zelda to have a very strong start though because it is by far the best game launching with the Switch and you would be stupid to buy the Switch without buying Zelda. It's attach rate will be massive. Horizon will have a strong start too but has more potential as time goes on to sell more based on the PS4's install base being so huge.
I'm buying both.
3 games doesn't make it a problem.
Games don't need to light the world on fire to be successful, part of that comes with budgeting and realistic expectations.
For example Persona and Yakuza are on their 5th and 6th iterations and don't top sales charts, but sell well enough to proceed with the series. PlayStation gets this. Quantic Dream is another a great example of a well managed team, Heavy Rain only cost a few million to make, it's pr...
Gran Turismo 5 sold 12M, Gran Turismo 6 sold 6M launching after the PS4 on PS3.
No other racers come close to those numbers.

3 weeks before launch, the press should be playing a solid version of the game. Of course all of this will be fixed, the question is, will it be fixed by launch?
To a degree, yeah. Last gen was more generous with scores than this gen as well.
KZ2 for example (which I love) was rated 91

That is higher than ANY FPS this gen, higher than Horizon, higher than pretty much everything aside from a few games. Halo 4 has a higher score than Halo 5.
Mass Effect 3 has a 93
Saying the Xbox One has more games than the PS4 is a lie.
It was completely different back then, games rated higher and there was less competition.
Current racers
Dirt Rally (85)

Forza 6 (87)

Project Cars (83)
Compared to? You better bring something to back up that statement.
Gran Turismo is rated very similarly to 95% of racers on the market and sells more than all of them combined. Do you want to see all the metacritic averages and sales numbers?
Don't get it confused the media and forum hate on for GT is based on it's complete dominance of the genre, similar to Call Of Duty.
It depends, the market is bigger worldwide and the lower price could help drive adoption in smaller markets that aren't as privileged as the main markets.
Never heard of The Order 1866.
If you are going to insult something, at least spell it's name properly.
Patience.
I don't know if it's enough to warrant a cancellation, but it's annoying.
I hate when games do that.

Final Fantasy VII Remake, Shenmue 3, Spider-Man and the one's you mentioned are going to move a crazy amount of systems. Not to mention the MP releases like RDR2 and Destiny 2. Destiny for example, moved 500K PS4's in one month in the US.
Once the PS4 hits $199, it's over.
DId you just watch it? He is concerned the game is being rushed out not ready for launch.
I don't like the tone of this interview.
“We, of course, will initially try to convince the early adopters of new technologies, the Nintendo fans, the multiplatform gamers,” Wegnez says. However, Nintendo’s aims also include its traditional heartland, adding: “[We] won’t forget the kids and family audience as we move forward.”

I submit most of the previews here, they usually come attached with game play footage on the bigger sites. If it's not a video preview, there is 10-15 mins of footage. Prey for example, had tons of footage and it releases 2 months later than Mass Effect Andromeda.
Sure, but Horizon and Zelda appear to be doing very well already. On Amazon for example, both have sold more than RE7 already and haven't even released yet. Both are going to do EXTREMELY well on the sales charts.
Best Sellers of 2017 so far overall.
