Why only PS fanboys?
I haven't bought one yet mainly because of the price. If there were must have games on the Vita that appealed to me I would be tempted to get it at it's current price though. As of now I'm mainly just waiting for a price drop.

Yeah, exactly. Nothing wrong with that just as there is nothing wrong with TR having UC elements. UC and SSB are both excellent games and having other games borrowing elements from those games isn't a bad thing at all.

Since Nintendo said they won't be selling it at a loss $300-$400 sounds plausible. I don't expect the system to exceed $400 as that would be foolish. Wii U being priced under $300 is ruled out because Nintendo said they won't sell it at a loss, so $300 or $350 is most likely going to be the price.

Obviously comparing a port of a nearly 1 year old game isn't really fair especially one that is early in the Wii U's life cycle, but the Wii U should have at least looked slightly better.
Both versions look about the same to me, but I do expect Wii U games to look better graphically over the course of the console's life.
Yeah, the only similarity in my opinion The Last of Us has to Uncharted is the similar art style and the fact that it is a third person shooter. Other than that the comparisons end.
I seriously believe that when you get your hands on both The Last of Us and Beyond you will change your opinion about them, for the better that is.
