Currently, yes it's increasing, but I believe at some point next gen that would either stop being the case or they would have to make it free in order to remain competitive.

The only people that I'm seeing that aren't hyped/weren't impress with Sony's showing are people that never liked Sony to begin with.
The main reason I'm seeing as to why those that didn't like the event were upset is because they didn't show the actual hardware which leaves me scratching my head bit. Had the console been shown would that have changed your impression of the event? I highly doubt it.

Yup, they sure are. People ALWAYS complain about the price not giving two sh**s about what's in the tech. They've done that with the Vita and PS3. They don't understand that they are asking for is for most likely $500-$700 tech to cost $300... If you want the $300 price point then ask for features to be removed as well. Give and take.

They didn't even talk about stuff like next gen PS Plus or even demo the new Eye. There is a plenty of stuff they didn't show besides the console itself.
Wow, no one can say the "PS4 haz no gamez" at launch with those two along with Watch Dogs releasing along side the console. Only thing that can hold PS4 back is the price now.
I'm expecting it to remain at the current price. If they increase it, I'll never buy a game at full price next gen even if it's a game like GTAVI.
