I wouldn't call these amazing or stunning by any stretch of the imagination
I wish there were a gaming network where you had to be 20 years old or older to access
the worst things about call of duty is the kids, I play with groups of guys in their 30s and 40s and they rock
I don't even bother leaving party chat anymore, it sucks
discounting of old games is hardly anything new, and costs even less when delivered via steam
I fail to see what your point is relating discounted games to ones that there only point of sale is through digital distribution
old arcade games are are also discounted on a regular basis, however it is up to the publisher to put in for a lowered price on LIVE and PSN and very few of them do
there is an option on the xbox dash to view recently redu...
the size and scope of these games has also increased, which isn't something the article addresses in depth
some of the games being sold as arcade games started as disc games
by releasing via arcade they can cut some cost and reach a perhaps wider margin than before
it is called capitalism and if you know anything about business it is how you make money
every other company in the world does it
How many things did nintendo strap Mario on?
it is the cool internet thing to hate call of duty these days but the fact is they aren't doing anything different than any other successful brand or franchise
did this guy just hock his call of duty montage at the end of an article?
what a jobber
weak article
if you are tired of it don't look at it or buy it...nobody is forcing you
people are probably tired of hearing you whine about a video game
mw boxart is amazing, I wish more games would take to the use of negative space
mw3 and burnout paradise are really cool boxes that are predominately white
I was hoping gears 3 would do something out of the ordinary with it's box as well but they (like everyone else) get sucked into the dramatized comic book feel of pack shots
resistance 3 is another one that is taking a chance and I applaud them as well, nowhere is there a rule that says...
this guy is a fucking idiot
I said from the beginning that the the maps of modern warfare 2 were too complex...they took the fun out of the game...a million places to crawl into and hide behind
while they were visually cool to look at they were a giant mess gameplay wise, look at a map like derail....huge map where people only bothered with one building
or look at terminal, one team never went past the bookstore....they were fundamentally flawed
the maps of cod 4 are gr...
never have to deal with the idiots any more, party chat is a godsend
...except in the stupid games which disable it (modern warfare 2)
agree completely, another one is the quick deke in front of the goalie...it is guaranteed 95% of the time to score
I love the game but I go in with the mindset of playing like real hockey and get beat by the guy with one move that never fails
I like the guys at sledgehammer and I hope they do make a fantastic game
whether you like the game or not you don't wish for a company to fail
odd, her job is to share her opinion
Yes it does matter because they aren't the same thing. It doesn't matter if you meant it or not you said it incorrectly.
I can say red and mean blue but that doesn't mean they are both the same.
That is the problem with companies marketing demos as betas and vice versa. People expect a beta to be a demo and when it is screwed up they hate on the game.
That very thing is going on as we speak because people are having problems wit...
gears 3 didn't have a demo, it had a public beta...big difference
nothing in that beta represented anything in the final retail release
translates into "our product isn't selling well on its own please integrate it into your already successful platforms"
onlive is a joke, I tried it out for a short bit
if playing games via a laggy stream is your thing then it is for you
because it isn't true...that is why you don't see coverage
nice stealth edit mikhail_tisoy
what does LED have to do with how good a game looks?
somebody doesn't understand tv's
