The writing in this article is atrocious.
n4g queued up the wrong article when I hit comment...comment removed
Max Payne 3 has a similar system but with weight instead of points. It makes you really think through what you want.
Although the prospect of guys running around with a ton of perks and one weapon seems like it could have a loophole or two.
It's Forza in an open world, you still race, but you can go anywhere. It is like the Forza version of say a Test Drive Unlimited.
did you not read the comment before you replied at all?
They already have it on PC but would play it again on console. I think a lot of people would.
why do people always overlook the fact the call of duty elite is actually free for the vast majority of functions?
the only thing you pay for is the maps, which is no different from any other season pass...and they come out cheaper than the packs?
it always seems like the people who bag on the "bad" things call of duty and activision do don't actually know what they are talking about. In the case of elite, they have probably never used it.
not to spoil the party here but that description literally has nothing to do with the games. When you make a crew you can choose a type, that type is just general description of the people in your crew.
The thrill seeker description is referring to that personality type, the other choices are chatterbox, rebel, soldier, all star, and no type.
similar to your tier on xbox live "family, recreation, or underground"
nothing game relate...
worst part about it is that they are counting this stuff toward the elite membership so people who have elite are getting screwed on it.
You can't use the maps for anything but this mode(which is just 1v1 or 2v2 )or private matches
Kinda sucks, the way I play I'll rarely touch these maps, I always play public with a lot of friends.
it also sucks they are tricking people into this being a new "mode" it is just TDM adn kill c...
Ford doesn't scream car junkie?
That is odd, the Ford GT is one of the worlds premier supercars and has been since the GT40 of the 60s.
Perhaps racing history isn't your strong point.
Have you never used steam? or heard of the battle.net store? People download games all of the time for full price, why won't we see that on console at some point?
I'm actually really surprised no console maker has enabled "pre-loading" for big games. That would be a huge boon for their online sales.
Especially for people who live in rural areas or the midwest. Trekking out to Gamestop at midnight can be annoying if you really want to pla...
In fairness when certain players get kicked it usually isn't the game's fault. A large amount of the online community doesn't understand how to configure their network for online play. Yes, the netcode could be better at times, but a lot of the time people need not blame the games. This isn't just a call of duty thing.
A pile of players don't bother working out their router settings, more play on wireless networks with low signal, and another one is try...
and since some smartass sent me a message and told me to prove I could do better....
pick it apart and what not, spent so little time on it that it hurts
so he added some smoke to a black background and some freely available publicity shots?
Yeah pretty awesome, I could do better in 20 minutes. Doesn't even look as good as last years cover.
I'm not sure why people complain about paying for the themes, if you don't want to then don't. Honestly as a guy who has worked for a company and made these and dynamic PS3 themes...you have no idea how much time and effort it takes to make some of these.
Especially the PS3 ones...a lot of effort goes into the dynamics of those.
Did nobody buy carts in thes 16 bit years? I clearly remember games that were 80-90 dollars.
Until the playstation there was never really a fixed price for new games, it was on a per game basis.
that's untrue
he recently cut a deal to have ric flair at the hall of fame induction. In return a WWE talent will appear in a future TNA dvd release.
Business is business
people act like they can't see anything anyone does on game consoles already
if the general public had any idea how many "ins" a company has into a console or a phone they'd probably piss themselves
I know a person with a launch day 360, the one problem he recently had was he had to replace the disc drive
the other, issue he has had was his original hard drive stopped working about a year ago
it isnt impossible, and it doesn't require lying about....it was just luck of the draw
that's easy, since everyone left infinity ward or was fired they had a patchwork dev team that did nothing original because they didn't have time. There is so much copy and paste from mw2 in mw3 that it is silly.
Treyarch's next game will be more complete and actually feel a bit more new than MW3 because they had a full 2 years of time into it.
I've played call of duty since the beginning on PC and MW3 is probably the one I liked the least....
rocksmith is fun but the add on songs have been pretty lackluster
