double barrel kills the intensity of the game for me
I've been playing for a little over a week and while the game is great the unbalance of that weapon is terrible
gears used to be about the intensity of the shootouts but now it is just who can rush closer with the scatter gun
I've used every weapon many times in the beta and I gotta say the big balance points right now are
-retro lancer and double barrel are too powerf...
fact is live was never down for 2 weeks
and the incident they are referencing did not effect every person on live
I've said this mainly times, i never had any problem getting online on my xbox during that time

the full game has multiple skins for each character...what do you really want?
you can't really make a character that is rooted in a narrative your own...it doesn't make sense
also on 2007 the outage was regional some people didn't have any problem
I didn't have any issue accessing live at that time
live has not had an outside technical problem like this, the 2007 issue was an overload
black ops and mw2 did not use the same engine
black ops is still using the cod4 engine
mw2 uses the next iteration of that engine
west and zampella wouldn't turn the tech that they developed over to treyarch...it is all in the activision suit
the mw2 engine is quite a bit better performance wise than the blackops counterpart
why would you take pictures of a game in motion?
unless you really know what you are doing with a camera it is pretty hard to get a good result

the data on the reach disc won't be any larger
it is how the disc is written that is different, which is why you won't see any change in size
the disc beta isn't to use extra disc space it is simply to make sure it works in the 360
I won a set of these and the sound is amazing but they aren't worth the price
the mic is horrendous, not adjustable and very low quality...couldn't believe how cheap it was
as far as comfort, they are okay...they will heat up your ears really quick
for games I stuck with my turtle beach X41's...merely use the a30s for music mostly and as headphones for my imac
the mixamp is an okay idea but there really isn't...
I didn't like the first strike maps at all, they were very poorly laid out
I'm going to think long and hard before I consider buying these ones
they did not say free free but a reduced price and this game is launching with a reduced price
upon release it is $40
I don't see how MS making you work for better production value is bad

I have turned down call of duty for sex, however I have never turned down sex for call of duty.
most of the DLC for BC2 was a ruse...a lot of it was just sections of the same map recycled...so while it was free hell would have rained upon them if they tried to charge for it
I bought this game when kmart had it for 40 bucks and I gotta say it is way better than i expected...the multiplayer coop story is a lot of fun
the single player campaign is your standard western rpg, I thought a lot of reviews were pretty harsh on the game...especially IGN only giving the game a 6
then why relate it to a story driven experience?

the online multiplayer isn't story driven so your point doesn't make sense
that is something I don't get, why would you bother playing the game if you are going to skip everything...you won't enjoy it if you have no idea what is going on
it is like reading the first and last chapter of a book and saying you read it
love red dead to the point of 100% main campaign and undead nightmare
the only thing I didn't like about the game was multiplayer
great story, lots of gameplay, well worth my 60 bucks....lets not forget how good the soundtrack was
a minor glitch here and there in an open world game is to be expected, sure it could have controlled a bit better but it is a testament to how good a game is where you don't notice the pitfalls when you are ...
think 3d is pretty weak, for me it adds nothing to the game
