Had it been just a single game it probably would had ran better.
Must had been a quick port and they probably just wanted it to run and new exclusive content and call it a day.
Either way the framerate should had been fixed but it's a launch port.
Dragon Quest XI will be a much better game to see.

It took the PS4 3 years to beat Wii U in Japan with all the third party support it had.
Wii U sales was only off Launch sales, Monster Hunter Tri, Super Mario 3D World, Mario Kart 8, Smash Bros, Splatoon and Super Mario Maker.
Those were the only games that push the Wii U to 3.3m so PS4 beating the Wii U shouldn't be an achievement.
