No I can't. You give credit to the publisher and developer. I can say thanks for Nintendo for releasing Bravely Second on 3DS because they did same for Dragon Quest VII and VIII. Sony has no place getting credit for Persona 5 sales or scores.

I am predicting around 93-99 for that Metacritic score and if it scores around 96-99 it gonna be another round of meltdown for haters saying it's just another Mario game.
That what people don't understand. Nintendo doesn't care if you make money on Retro Studio, Hal, Game Freak, Monolith Soft or any studios they own or work with. But all the copyright claim are for Nintendo EAD and in-house games.
So in a way anything outside is free from this.
Of course all people who don't upload anything but Mario will never know this. No one complained about uploading Smash Bros or any other games because the problem isn't there...
Copyright Claim just prevent you from making money. It it only applies to games from Nintendo In-House Games.
Any other studios games Nintendo owns aren't affected by this.
So upload some Smash Bros, Kirby, Donkey Kong, Metroid Prime or Pokemon. Upload those.
Anything Nintendo developed in thier HQ is gonna be claimed.
People need to chill its just a claim they aren't preventing you from uploading anything.

Nintendo supported the Wii U for 4 full years.
Sony gave up after 3 years for Vita. Not only that Nintendo isn't ashamed to reveal the Wii U sales number every earning.
While Sony just hides the number ever since the 3DS sales skyrocket in mid 2012 by a gigantic margin.
I am guessing one reason could be the fact that they have to outsource to Tantalus to port it and pay them as well but why would they want to increase the price. It would be harder to make money back.
