I won't be surprised if Japanese Developers either include Switch with PS4 games or make a full Switch over to the Switch going forward. It's a hybrid. No need to make separate version for home and handheld audiences anymore.
Only time will tell from now til March regarding Japanese games for the Switch. Afterall majority of the current developers for the Switch supported the 3DS from 2011-2016...

In the west probably not at all. But Japan that something they have to look out for. Switch being part Home and Handheld that is something developers in Japan been trying to break.
Make one game for both audiences but they can't so you see a lot of PS4/Vita combo.
But now they don't need it. Switch is both. So one game. Starting 2017 you probably most likely see more Switch/PS4 combo from Japanese devs or exclusives for either.
Yeah for the US and Europe probably doesnt mean much at all but Japan. That is something that is going to be a interesting battle considering 80% of the developers on the list for the Switch are Japanese and have supported the 3DS with numerous games. So yeah the Vita already kinda falling off in Japan as PS4 is much cheaper now but if the Switch launch at a cheaper price. That could bring interesting outcome next year.

Switch is just out/input. No Connection, No need for another hardware and will be for all games unless Nintendo reveals that developers can disable it if they want.

With half a million likes and many positives receptions and more casuals knows about than Wii U already the views for the trailer is what we can expect the Switch to achieve in 1-2 years. Depending on the software support may enable the Switch to exceed it.
