They can't call it 2 because it'll remind people of the past, in this case the PS2. They can't call it 3 because not only will make the buyer think of the PS3 and not really moving forward, but also the Xbox 360. Are you sure about that? Atari 2600 has a lot of games and if you count handhelds. The DS. I'm sure PS2 is on it's way to having the most games ever, but it's not a fact that it has the most games ever.
It's nice to see the first Tomb Raider get some credit for once and not be dismissed as that boob game. In 96 there was no other game like Tomb Raider, except say Mario64. Tomb Raider inspired so many games that were to come and the newer generation should play it, just to appreciate how far we've come.

Oh licensed soundtracks. You gotta hate them. Nothing says lazy game development like using licensed music. Yeah I know, it'll attract the tweens, as if they won't listen to their own music while playing the game anyway. So why not use originally composed music, like the good ol' days. So fans of game soundtracks like me, can enjoy the game more, but no I gotta listen to this shit licensed music when I play the game.
Yeah but bayonetta is too frantic for it's own good. Everything is happening so fast. That there's no time the admire the scenery or the attacks. It's a like a blur.

I like Assassin's Creed II, but after a while. I just lost interest and I keep saying to myself, I'll get back to it. The game just feels too complicated. I like games that take me by the hand and guide me to my next mission. Most of the time I don't know what to do next in ACII.
That being said, I've finished plenty of games in recent years. Bioshock, ACI, Gears1&2, Fable III, GOWIII, Heavy Rain, RDR. I didn't beat Star Wars the Force Unleashed. It...
