I already beat it. It was great. It's the Fallout game I always wanted. My only complaint is that the main quest is a bit too short. There's a lot side quest though and your decisions can effect the path of your adventure.
I like it, but I never got used to the combat and was never good at upgrading and managing my health. Yet I beat it somehow. I got the bad ending. Right now I'm stuck on the wolf boss from the Little Red Riding Hood portion of the DLC for about a year. Sometimes I go back to try and beat him but he beats every time.
The main character in this game is such a bummer. He's not likable and the whiny kid and baby that follow you are so annoying.
I only have some frame rate drops after each load screen because the new environment is still rendering in, but it last like a few seconds. Once the environment is fully rendered it's smooth sailing.
Working as lousy amateurs was freeing?
What's stupid is being loyal to one brand.
Nope, not until they offer day 1 launch titles.
I don't have a power house rig or anything...
Intel Core i5 (6th Gen) 6400
3.3 GHz Quad-Core
16gb DDR4 Ram
Nvidia GTX 1060 6gb
and I'm running it on high to very high settings as you can see here...

The whole game is basically, do this for me and I'll give you that. I expected it.
I got never get into the Fallout series starting with 3. It just never clicked with me. Most sessions went like this, run out of ammo every second, can’t find ammo, where do I go next? and confused by the perk system.
Here comes The Outer Worlds and fixes all that. It’s like the Fallout game I always wanted.
Ultimate Game pass can give you hundreds of free games, discounts and online without calling anything Gold.
While regular Game Pass just gives the free games.
Be careful not getting caught in a save loop in this game. It happened to me tonight. Thankfully I beat the enemies. Barely, but that let me get out of the area I was trapped in.
PS3 launch failed.
Xbox One launch failed
Could it be Sony's turn to fail next?
Before anyone responds to my comment with the obvious, your comment failed. This is a preemptive strike against that future comment. Surrender!
Aside from basically being a ripoff of Cuphead. The quality just isn't there. It's like a poor man's version of Cuphead. The animation looks like Saturday morning TV animation trying to be classic old timey animation but not quite getting there.
I've seen Steam reviews where they destroy a game and give it a red thumbs down and by the end of reading it they say, but I still recommend it.
Wait, what?
@ElementX You're missing the point. Take those free Gold games and just add them as part of the hundreds of free game pass games. We're already getting 5 free games added a month with Game Pass. We don't need a separate service called, Xbox Gold. Gold as part of Game Pass is like a service inside a service. It's pointless. Just make it so you subscribe to Game Pass and get hundreds of free Xbox One and PC games and online of course and that's it. Why muddy the waters with ...
I think the main difference between Game Pass and PS Now is that Game Pass is offering launch titles. That's the big sell for me. I'm basically getting 60 dollar launch titles for free.
On another note, Game Pass defeats the purpose of Xbox Gold. Makes no sense to keep Gold going. Just make Game Pass encompass all of it.
This series has always been, meh from the start.
My tip is if you played the Fallout games you're good to go.
AC Odyssey as well, but I don't mind. I've been playing it for a year now and still discovering new areas and missions.
