Xbox 360 thrives on online communities, more so than PS3. It's what we American's love. Playing an online game and having that comradery between friends. That doesn't really happen in Japan. They're more traditional when it comes to their gaming. That's why the Xbox 360 or any future MS console will never sell well in Japan.

I hate to this, but the reality is IGN just isn't as relevant as it was 10 years ago. Today it's all blog sites like Kotaku or newsfeed sites like N4G. Who give you all the news in one spot. Certain IGN employees see the storm coming and are slowly making their exit.
Where are the rails to grind on? The giant colored snowflakes and balloon characters you can hit? The Fireworks? So far all I've seen is a plain white mountain and terrain deformation and avalanches. Zzzzz! Enough with this, you are one with the Mountain crap! World maps? WTF? Where's Tokyo Megaplex? Mercury City Meltdown? This game looks boring! Let's see more crazy SSX fun!

All those games are like $7 to $8 bucks at Amazon used and most say, like new. In total with shipping around $12 dollars or buy it at Best Buy where it's a total of $23 dollars with tax.

I love love love exploration. Where the majority of gamers love sword and gun play. That's why I love the Tomb Raider series so much. I love exploration and discovery in my games. Skyrim seems to fit the bill. I can't wait to dive into that world and explore it. I'm all about exploring worlds.
