XMB is bad luck. Ever since Sony started using the XMB with PSP. They've never been same. It's never been like the PSone and PS2, When Sony ruled the industry. So good riddance XMB!

Psone and PS2 were the golden years for Sony. They could do no wrong. Then they released the PSP with the cros smedia bar and bad luck has haunted them ever since. It's never felt the same since. They can't do right anymore. I think it mostly has to do with PSP not having enough good games. PS3 being too expensive at launch and how they handled their online service. It's primitive at best.

I know that, but you know Nintendo. They pretend Emulation doesn't exist. The point is you'd be able to play these new powerful Mario and Zelda games on Wii U in HD.
You underestimate the power of Mario and Zelda games. The Wii U will sell with that alone and even more so as Nintendo will market them as, The first Mario and Zelda game in 1080p HD!

It's a bunch of arrogant FPS players. Who can't accept that there's another best selling shooter out there. That isn't a lame ass FPS. Damn tourney players. They give gaming a bad name.
Why am I buying it? Hmm. Because I love Gears1 multiplayer and Gears2 multiplayer played like crap and I sold it and never really got the sequel I wanted.
I played the Gears3 beta and it plays like Gears1 but has all the extras from Gears2 and more. I loved it! So technically my wait for a satisfying Gears of War sequel has been nearly 5 years.

It literally is more demon's souls. I mean what more did we expect? Yeah things were tweaked, new characters and locations, better graphics, but at it's heart it's another demon's souls. Well that's a good thing right?
The XMB has a few things I dislike. I own all 3 systems by the way. 360,PS3 and Wii. So this isn't biased Fanboy bullshit. I'm being honest.
1. XMB tells me what games my friends are playing, but not their location, like level 1, stage 3 or what they're about to accomplish etc. XBL does that.
2. This one pisses me off. Not being able join a friends game. For example in Red Dead Redemption on XBL. If a friend is in free roam. I have the option to j...
I had 20 and now have 260. I bought Fortress Craft.
It's 3d Mario again. Except this time there's no gravity. That doesn't seem very creative. That being said I enjoyed them a lot. I don't think creative is the issue here. It's more like lack of new ideas and the new ideas they do have aren't enough to get everyone on board like the Wii.
The new modern 3D was around before Avatar, but Avatar really ignited the whole 3D craze. I say craze like the world fell in love with it, more so a craze created by manufacturers.
When the studios and TV companies saw how Avatar made 3 billion or whatever. They saw dollar signs and the push for 3D went into overdrive. What they don't realize is that Avatar was a fluke. One that won't easily be duplicated.
