After playing the demo last night...THIS GAME IS A MUST BUY for me. I played it 3 times and killed enemies any way I saw fight each time. You're not restricted to your attacks and I like that. Would be nice to add to my collection. I don't care what people say, but the Unreal Engine still amazes me. Kind of anxious to see the Cry Engine 3 in motion. Xbox owners must be more discerning and PS3 owners are just glad to get anything new. Sadly EA games stopped being market leading greats long ago. EA hasn't put out that much content for 360 users to jump on especially since big sellers for the 360 have come from Activision, Take-Two, Epic, UbiSoft, and Capcom. Everyone's numbers are going to differ. If you ask anyone of those companies I listed, they would respond differently. EA no longer has the muscle they once touted.

The article is correct. The ELITE will become the new standard since it pretty much is equivelant to the offerings of the PS3 minus wifi. Once you add the adapter it becomes the same thing. This is their way of making the 360 come w/ HDMI and a bigger HDD to rival the PS3 on all fronts. Seems like a perfect plan.

Considering a Sony rep just recently said that he still loses money on every console sold. Liquidating inventory does seem logical at this point. If so, it's a step in the right direction for Sony. Why do I think the new PS3's are going to be stripped down in order to sell them at a lower price?

Sony does not advertise their games nearly enough. When Gears 2 came out, every single time I went to the movis...there was an ad for it. If I went to the shops, there were posters and billboards.
Every single day there would be at least 2 ads on tv for Gears 2.

While MS reports 2 profitable years in a row w/ the game division, Sony is having a fire sale. I bought 4 PS3 titles this past week for 19.99 at GameStop. Bionic Commando, Star Wars:Force Unleashed, Wheelman, and Tomb Raider:Underworld. How can you beat that? Trying to build my PS3 library up. PS3 is still losing money and Sony cant market their system for sh*t. They are depending on word of mouth or fans to keep them afloat
They need to stay at work and fix the clunky controls, because releasing new maps means jack sh!t if the game is annoying to play.
