PSN doesn't get the demo until Feb. 4th you moron. That was a beta PS3 had back from Nov. to Dec. There's a difference.
The beta only had 1 map the entire month. The demo has a different level and other features that were left off. If it were the same, why would they RE-release it for PSN you dummy. Hence the SNOW level. The beta only had the Desert level(afghan)

Unfortunately, with all of Sega's recent flops they are refusing to bring out Shenmue 3 even though Yu Suzuki has stated that he wants to complete the story. If they do anything, they should reboot it at this point. I have seen the action sequences of this game and this is just the opening tutorial. MS gave up on japan a long time ago. They realized that it didn't need to depend on japan to be successful. They are doing fine with NA, UK, and Canada. Japan is not the powerhouse it once was especially since a lot of the better developers are not coming out of there. It's an online based console. It's almost the future of gaming just as digital distribution is to game buyers. It's membership based and the games are on a server. I see this working since broadband is increasing everyday, but we'll see how people respond to it. I think it all comes down to pricing.
