@paradigmfellow, again you dont lose ownership of anything. you made no point that you actually lose anything. just because something is on your hardrive, or streamed dosent mean its not yours, infact its better better because if you loose a physical copy of a game (cd) its gone forever, where as you can possibly lose a digital version, because its always there to re download.
and as far as people not having the restrain to not spend money, that is their own fault.

it can be, but bf4 can come out for current gen before it comes out for ps4/xone. the bf4 release date has no bearing on the next gen console's release date.
@dlacy, no sony is not claiming those games are exclusives, like microsoft is.
you keep posting that, except sony is not claiming that those games are exclusives, just that they are games on ps4, where as microsoft is saying that the list of games are exclusives, which they clearly are not.

Why does it matter the platform? A AAA title on pc, ps3/4, 360/one, all should be the same price imo. You're getting the same game for all three, why would pc be cheaper to you?
@rigbybot, Portal 2 best game of this gen????? Portal 2 was good, but god by no means would it be game of this gen. Skyrim, TLoU, of even Uncharted 2 resonates much more to me then Portal 2.
Actually you're wrong, i did read the article. it states, "Of course, those with PCs are open to the beta, but the interesting bit about the sign-up process is that it allows potential testers to select the PlayStation 4 ( and the Xbox One) as a possible testing system." The article does not mention that the beta sign-ups have been ongoing since before spring iirc. Soooo before you spew non-sense, think first.

Have you seen a 4k tv in person? I've seen a 4k 42" tv side by side to a 240hz 1080p led tv and there is def. a noticeable difference. Besides i would also think the average tv size for living rooms is between 40-50 inch (atleast everyone that i know has that size) and by your accounts it would only benefit more for the 4k.
