Seriously, nearly every corporate business in the hardware/electronics and fashion/clothing industries have workers in asian countries who work under these conditions. But how are they meant to know? They're just contracted to the manufacturer. Only thing they see is the SKU's of the products they are contracting these guys to make when they are shipped back through into packaging and retail. Microsoft isn't at fault here. It's China and it's sh*tty laws.
Splinter Cell has always been the embodiment of MS cheap advertising tactics. Call the game exclusive until the hype dies down then show that it's actually multi plat. Timed exclusives...honestly MS....Look at Eternal Sonata, Tales of Vesperia, Star Ocean 4, Lost Planet, Ninja Gaiden 2, Bioshock, GTAIV Liberty City Stories, Fallout DLC...they even had the audacity to put "only on Xbox 360" on some of them. It looks so stupid when you walk into local game store and see Only on Xbox 3...

I'm someone, who's logged in over 300 hours on the PS3 version of the game and I've NOT ONCE, even in my 2500+ online fights experiences any framerate issues. Secondly, preowned games...someone obviously BOUGHT the game before hand so the devs have got all the money they can off of that particular copy of the game. Plus it's not like the person buying the pre-owned copy is getting it for free. Borrowing games? Same thing, you borrow a game but someone has had to go out and spend money on that spec...

Foxgod, Alan Wake looks amazing. I'm getting it myself. The lighting is some of the best I've seen on a console and the atmosphere is fantastic. That said, It isn't even close to blowing EVERYTHING out of the water. Don't be so delusional. It's refinement graphically comes from the fact that it's enclosed, with little going on on screen, which is good for this type of game. But apart from artistically you simply cannot logically say it blows away Uncharted 2, God of War III or Killzone 2. Tho...

Does anyone really care? Surely if you want the game so much you buy a 360. That's the point of exclusive (even though this isn't exclusive) titles or just buy it on PC. I'm waiting for the price to drop then gonna buy it on to play on my brothers 360, ain't gonna pay full price for a 5 hour game (my brother hasn't got XBL, and I refuse to pay for a service on someone else's console...so co-op is out of the question). Got too many PS3 games to be worrying about these days.
I know lol They need to push exclusive RPG's such as Demons Souls, White Knight Chronicles but, also bring back Legend of Dragoon, try and get us a new Wild Arms game, new RPG IP's....that's the only genre Sony is lacking in first party wise this gen and I don't understand why.

this isn't a spin but Sony confirmed they are having worldwide supply shortages atm. I knew that if they didn't rectify this problem, they would lose out on 2nd place in this months NPD and I was right. Only ones they have to blame are themselves. MLG, let me use simple logic for you. This isn't me being a fanboy, I'm just using simple mathematical logic. THe 360 outsold the PS3 by 30k this month in the US. No Shaman. They said that the PS3 will hit the graphical ceiling. What I've seen so far? I seriously doubt it. All I've seen so far from Crysis 2 on consoles is horrible textures and a more colourful palette than Killzone 2. Apart from that? Nothing. Physics are good though. Killzone 2, imo, still looks better.

Imo, Sony have the only thing Sony hasn't won this gen is the disgustingly large amounts of profit the PS1 and PS2 brought them. However, in terms of a quality product with the best hardware, highest quality/generation defining games, Sony is the clear winner and that will not change I think.
