Of course Ken was right. The Playstation 3 is the most diverse and feature rich games console on the market. That's just a fact. Through simple firmware updates, at least for now, it's been able to keep up with competition and market trends (see 3D gaming for example which is a big thing).
Not only that but the quality of it's top exclusive games is unmatched to the point that Sony's studio's are competing with eachother rather than multiplatform developers or 360/...
Trolling eh? Considering Sony has announced 5 major titles in the month and, since the start of 2010, the 360 has had one exclusive game...and over the past year...we've seen no true Natal games except for smoke and mirrors milo and tech demo's, you begin to wonder who is teasing and not delivering. Because I can tell you now, it's not Sony.
Been proud owner of one since December 2007.
I just jizzed myself. Hopefully Virgil too? Capcom said fans are gonna be shocked at the amount of characters in this game. Can't wait :O Spring 2011 is so far away though don't ya think?
In the last say since October last year I've bought for PS3:
Uncharted 2
Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2
Modern Warfare 2 (but then sold that steaming POS)
Agarest Generations of War
Bayonetta
Star Ocean The Last Hope:International
Final Fantasy XIII
God of War III
Super Street Fighter IV
3D Dot Game Heroes
And in the coming few months I plan on purchasing
Demons Souls, Trinity ...
Considering the fact that the Xbox 360 and PS3 install bases are 40 million and 35 million respectively, this study is flawed. They need to study a wider demographic.
Even then I don't think the percentage will be that much higher. I know few people that plan on purchasing Natal (most are for hype alone) and 0 people purchasing Move. The last month Sony have revealed a new exclusive every week, keep that going into E3 and I couldn't give a shit about motion controls. I just wa...
FFXIII was the shit O.o Brilliant game imo.
I've heard that it takes place between MGS2 and MGS4

If it's at Sony's presser then no way is it timed exclusive. If any timed exclusive deal has happened it will be in favor of Sony I think, not Microsoft. Anyways, until I see some solid gameplay, I'm not convinced. The previous MGS games were amazing and Peace Walker is going to follow that trend. But this ...
I have a feeling Sony has a couple of nukes to drop at E3 so are giving these sequels breathing space. This looks and sounds fantastic. Never had the first two games so I'm definitely going to pick this one up.
Going head to head with Halo:Reach, Socom 4 and CoD:Black Ops. Gonna be extremely interesting.
Gamespot as usual. Been watching it live there for the past 4 years.
Hype Hype Hype. Sunday will make or break Natal.
More like flop art. It's so generic. Why not some Yoji Shinkawa art just like MGS1-4.
4oD coming to PS3? WHERE!?!?!
Quick! Someone put this shit on National Geographic!!!!
We got BBC iPlayer App aswell remember :P
Looking forward to this. I take it it's only ITV though and not ITV2(I like some of the films they show on there).
To be honest the peripheral isn't practical for gaming. Look at Eyetoy. For Eyetoy/PSEye to kick off Sony knew they would need some kind of extension in the form of a peripheral: PS Move.
Ironically, Natal actually gives you less control as seen by the recent video's of the device still responding despite that family jumping around the room and waving their arms as if they were at a friday night rave.
Natal is better suited for the PC/OS market. The things it could do ...
With Move and GT5 coming in Autumn, a $200 PS3 SKU would be absolute annihilation. I'm not quite sure how the competition would be able to respond. Gran Turismo's power to sell software and hardware on a mass scale has already been proved.
