No one cares. The gameplay alone of the next Mario game alone, which will be HD and look better than any PS3 or Xbox 360 game, will have better gameplay than anything Epic will ever release in their company's life time.

Well in that case we need to support this fantastic looking game. I'm tired of great new IP's doing badly and thus not becoming franchises because fool hardy gamers of the 21st century are by in large, too afraid to try new things.

Yeah, that won't happen. Rising game budgets and a poor economy dictate that neither Microsoft or Sony are going to splash out on hardware specs next generation. Expect an incremental upgrade to the Xbox 360 and PS3 that allow for 1080p natively across the board and perhaps 60fps as a de facto standard. Nothing more. It's not and option, financially. Especially for Sony.
Meh, I don't feel it's needed. I played through the whole of Resident Evil Revelations without it and it still felt great to play. Maybe that'll change, as I think Kingdom Hearts DDD and Mon Hun Tri G will benefit from it more, but again, we'll see.

I think I'm gonna go for Ys Seven as it's only £11.99 on the UK Store. Will reach for ZHP somewhere down the line but not right away. Already spending £350 on the Vita launch. Don't need another £23.99 on top of that XD.

Infinite facepalm. I'm tired of arguing with people that are promoting this disgusting Tablet/Smartphone gaming culture as if they really want dedicated handhelds to die. To see how far we've come with handheld game design and quality with the 3DS and Vita, after over a decade since the Gameboy, and the industry seemingly wants all of that work to p*ss off in favour of primitive phone games that have next to no creatively integrity. To be fair, the importers should have waited. It's going to be a bit difficult for Sony to identify every individual importer and give them cards. People can lie etc etc. I was so close to importing, but I would have paid over £300 for a WiFi Vita, 8GB Memory Card and a game, plus import taxes.
Now I'm getting a WiFi Vita, 3 games, pre-order pack, starter accessory kit and a 16GB Memory Card for £340. Happy I waited to be honest.

I'm looking forward to this. When I got Mario Kart 7 last year, it didn't grip me as much as the old ones. Sure it was fun, but not as fun as I remember. It literally felt like a rehash, which is something I don't tend to say a lot about Nintendo games because they do change their games up a lot, despite what people think.
So I think LBP Karting will be fresh. At least I hope it will be.

The lack of Single Player content is inexcusable. It feels like Soul Calibur 4.5. I expect a lot more content considering Soul Calibur V came out almost 4 years ago now. However, the gameplay is solid. In fact I'd go as far as to say it's the best since SCII. The netcode and online component is brilliant and the training mode is designed to some of the highest standards I've seen in a fighting game.
I just hope they add lots of single player content to the next ga...
The only exclusives that sell well on the 360 are Halo and Gears. Aside from that, 360 exclusives sell worse or on par with PS3 exclusives.
