I have never run into it because I don't use my credit card I guess. If I want a digital game I usually just purchase an Amazon code for the amount of the game. Sometimes I get 100 code and have shit left over though. If miss a sale by a few dollars or something i simply don't get it this time around lol. I usually get things I want on day one so sales are only useful on games that I was iffy about anyway.
In reality it's not a winner take all scenario. Those are just fanboy wars lol. The success of the Scorpio has nothing to do with Sony. It depends on Microsoft in many ways. Will the machine make a profit? Will they re-evaluate their first party studio strategy to be successful in software again? Is the freaky cloud crackdown even possible? They need to wow people and I don't think a 4K capable machine would do it. Not without the goodies to support it.

Streaming in general is a weird beast. I mean I can see the appeal, I like watching evo or some live dev diary (like netherrealm does) but to sustain itself on subscribers that show up everyday to watch streams is surprising to me.
