Dude...that's not on purpose...That's poor coding. I'd understand if the Enemy AI had a REDUCED line of sight for detecting Companian AI for that to make sense. But I've seen on several occasions Bill/Ellie run in a full circle around an Infected/Bandit and NO REACTION.
Sorry if you're a fan of Naughty Dog but that's just bad, especially when the whole Ellie AI was what most of the hype for this game was built on.

They've got some great diversity..Between Remedy making Quantum Break and Team Dakota making Project Spark.
Microsoft Game Studios realized that when you give people the tools to make games and mod games....crazy fun ideas come out and they funded Team Dakota.
It's my #3 favorite game of all time. I'd say it delivered strong and story and combat. Just had completely awful Companion AI. They don't react to stealth situations in a way that makes any sense. They run around enemy AI and the enemy AI doesn't recognize them. Still hasn't been patched so yeah. Not the best game in the world...But still a really fun and awesome experience.
Alan Wake still is my favorite game...Followed by Ocarina of time.

Microsoft has a really good OS team so I wouldn't be surprised if they could fit this into the X1s systems. No way in hell they wouldn't prep it for this since they released X1 last year and Direct X12 will probably hit next year.

State of Decay has renewed my hope for future Zombie games that don't suck.
If anyone is a fan of zombie games and hasn't given State of Decay a look they're missing out.

Ryse was an awesome game with a great story and killer ending.
They've been hiring quite a few people with Hack & Slash experience since Ryse was released... So they're more than capable of making Ryse games.
Platinum Games has a very talented team but I think they would cripple Ryse.

They'll do exactly what Sony did last generation...Continue to pump out strong First party and third party games in order to keep people buying consoles and software.

So the second wave of games will be hitting soon and probably Direct X12 with it.
