Game of the Year is subjective. Xbox 360 fanboys will say Halo Reach / Mass Effect 2 is GotY; PS3 fanboys will say Gran Turismo 5, God of War 3, LittleBigPlanet 2, Heavy Rain; PC fanboys will say Starcraft 2.

Overrated game: Super Mario Galaxy 2. That game was great, but it was just an extension of Super Mario Galaxy. No real storyline (as shallow as Mario's storylines are, this was the shallowest and most emptied) yet it got 9.5s through 9.8s. Ridiculous.
