Kojima was sitting next to CheapyD at the event. He was just lolling on the inside at Microsoft methinks.
I quit watching MTV as soon as that The Real World crap come on.
Keep dreaming, bud.
Bundled with an Eye Toy 2.0, four space ponchos, a Well bam! there it is avatar, and lastly a Gabe Newell half-eaten donut. All for the low price of $450.
They aren't even going to go with an on rails shooter. They got stuck with an on rails lightsaber game, LOL.
Chuck Norris is also an actor. Do you think that makes him any less of a badass? Thought so.
Let's hope Kinect ships with four space ponchos for unneeded intereference. We're also going to need a special edition for black people.
@ThatCanadianguy420
Is that for me? I'm making fun of Kinect =D
@cgoodno
Whatever you say, my good man. That must be why CheapyD and a handful of others had to wear space ponchos: http://yfrog.com/0j3vjdj Hilarious.
Unless it gets to $60, people won't buy it. The Wii hit the sweet spot at $250 with an included game. $300 for a console + $120 = $420 for a console. People won't like that.
Kinex owned, but Legos are still a beast.
I'd rather it be long than thick like that. It has the potential to fall off your TV stand if your TV has a swivel at the bottom (which mine does). I can barely fit the Wii sensor bar there.
If Kinect and Move are going the casual route, I think the video game industry will take a turn for the worse. I'm all for innovation, but if it's going to push nothing but casual games out with the occasional hardcore game, count me out.
I've seen that public television commercial, and it gave me chills. Now it's just hilarious, LOL.
EDIT:
For those confused, that commercial is for a seatbelt awareness commercial that aired on PBS I think. The guy just threw Kinect on the end to make it funny.
See, the problem with this, the Wii, and the Move is the giant bar you have to place in front or on top of your tv. Where do I put the Wii sensor bar once the Move camera comes into play? This thing looks HUGE. I'd have to buy a new TV stand just to fit that someplace.
I can imagine crapgamer:
F5, F5, F5, F5, F5.... Twitter Fail Whale 'NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO' ;
He'll come out rapping and then Drake'll join in followed by Ice T. Then Cliffy B'll come out throwing his hands in the air waving them like he just don't care. Then Gabe Newell comes out shirtless and busts out some breakdance moves on a cardboard box.
Gears of War 3 trailer will follow. Microsoft wins E3 2010 out of sheer horrificness.
Frank must be an ol' timer with the rap-a-doodle-doo hoo ha.
Hmmm, makes me wonder what an unconfirmed rumor is.
Increasing the resolution increases the sharpness of the picture. Look at 480p vs 1080p - increased resolution, increased sharpness (not including the other things 1080p can do).
Damn. I didn't want to hype myself up for the Move, but then I watched this. Move Party looks hilarious.
All casual games - even the Star Wars game is casual - it's on rails. It can't be any easier than that. Is that how developers are going to handle 360 games now?
