A lot of people are confused about this master key.
The original master key was STOLEN from a factory somewhere and given (probably sold) to a group of hackers. It somehow ended up in failovlerflow's hands. They do most of the work, and GeoHotz did the rest. Somewhere down the pipes, Sony somehow fixed the key thing according to some pro hacker out there. So I'm not sure why a new key would matter.
I'm not sure how Anonymous plays a role in this...

I'm actually glad the PSN is down. Meanwhile, I've gotten all the single player trophies for Portal 2, have 100% completed Flower/ PixelJunk Shooter and am working on 100% for Critter Crunch and TMNT: Turtles in Time Reshelled. These are games that I have downloaded, played occasionally, and haven't messed around with much. I'm going to work on Dead Space 2 next.
Also, Netflix does work. Just keep trying to sign in and you bypass a lot of the screens.

Kotaku wants hits because N4G.com and Reddit's /r/gaming is eating their traffic away. There's a graph somewhere showing traffic from 2007 to 2011 of Kotaku/Reddit's traffic. Kotaku took a nose dive somewhere along those years.
Kotaku needs to go back to bashing Sony before the only fanbase they have (the 360 people) takes off too.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Until iD puts up, they better shut up. Look at their last abominations: Doom 3, Quake Live, Wolfenstein. I don't give a rip if they created the FPS genre; I don't care that they created Doom. None of this matters to me now as I've already played those games. While they were great, iD Software's game quality has decreased with every game they've launched after Return to Wolfenstein.
New Quantic Dream game at E3? Hope so.
