The only thing I see that is missing is head tracking.
Actually you're right that people will see, and what they will see is that you have a double standard. And are just trying to back track to cover it up now by pointing a finger at me; instead of understanding that your point actually applies to you yourself as well (which you will not admit to). But whatever...my point was made.
@ lowcarb you said ~ "Don't single out 360 fans alone in your quest at pointing fingers. What's sad is when people single out others and just ignore there console of choice."
So you single out holdemdown for what he said but you ignore and don't single out Mooks for his point earlier when he points fingers at the Sony crowd? You sir are just as sad as your point was intended to make out for others. Honestly.
Exactly Fig. Personally it's not my kind of game...but that doesn't mean I can't understand and see why it has been given it's merits by gamers, devs, reviewers & etc. The issue here is that those with a limited scope and open mind will always $#@! on something they don't understand. Take a look at my Bio and read the quote I put in there recently; it actually says a lot and is relevant to what I'm talking about (in a way).
@ EBC ~ You are wrong and misinformed. From the Wiki about the PS2's Network & HDD adaptor http://en.wikipedia.org/wik... ~
"The network adaptor was released on July 19, 2001"
While the Xbox itself was launched in November 15, 2001 and Xbox live was unveiled at E3 in 2002

@ ColossiSlayer ~ That is without a doubt a perfectly clear cut example of a truthful, factually correct, proper, informational comment. I agree 100%, even about Lair & Haze ~ although they did bring something to the table (or at least tried to push the envelope) in their own respects.
Oner literally is my Tag from back in the day when I used to Tag walls.
Later I found out that Oner had a meaning ~
dictionary definition = http://encarta.msn.com/dict...
on·er [ wúnner ] (plural on·ers)
noun
Definition:
Somebody or something extraordinary: a unique or extraordinary person or thing ( informal )

"edgeofblade ~ PS3 copied Xbox Live Achievements..."
Wrong. Look into a game from the PS2 called Spyro ~ Sony and Insomniac invented Skill Points all the way back in 1998:
http://guidesarchive.ign.co...
So in reality Microsoft copied Sony's Skill Points and renamed them 'Acheivements'...IF you want "talk & act" like you are properly informed.

Polyphony Digital has also posted a new press release, clearly stating the demo was

Wow. Simply Amazing. Nice abuse of power there. So it's okay for post 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.10, 1.18, 1.22, 1.26, 1.42, 1.43 and MANY OTHERS to say/agree that PS3 fans run N4G but when you provide ACTUAL PROOF that is not the case and point out how a certain contributor is confirmed biased your comment gets removed and a bubble gets taken away...
THIS RIGHT HERE IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH N4G...certain staff who abuse their position.
Thanx solidjun5 & Pennywise. But I fear...
^^^ Certain types of "gamers" will try...you know that ;)
Fig ~ "i still don't give a flying f*ck what Gamespot has to say, as it doesn't simply erase the past 3 years of FUD and misinformation they spewed regarding the PS3, but i will give them credit for at least acknowledging that Sony brought the thunder this year in regards to not just software quantity, but QUALITY."
Everything was a great read, absolutely true and I agree 100% but I just had to quote the last part...it is surprising to see this from Gamespot along with ...
@ MazzingerZ ~ I have actually heard Jack Tretton say that on stage at an E3 a few years back (or some other mass gaming media event)...I thought I had a link to the vid but can't find it currently. If I find it I will definitely post is (and save it somewhere I'll remember).
But on the topic I don't think gamesharing is bad in itself for gamers...just that it gets abused by those who don't respect (which can ruin it for all of us). I myself gameshare some things with some of my...
Every gamer won't like every game...but real gamers will/should give props to every game that deserves it ~ especially ones that push the bleeding edge of technology (even at the risk of failing).
I for one couldn't get over the input lag that KZ2 had in the beginning. And voiced my opinion duly so...actually even added an article or 2 about the issue right here on N4G! Does that mean I "hated" KZ2? Nope - not at all (though MANY believed/assumed otherwise). The fact is...
Yup Eamon, you're right...it came out first with last gen technology to beat Sony to market, but what it really ended up doing was screwing all of us as gamers.
And before certain types of "gamers" start flinging insults/assumpitons let me say this very clearly ~ I have a RIGHT as a consumer to speak my mind about a product of which I OWN THAT HAS FAILED ON ME TIME AND TIME AGAIN to the tune of 5 RROD's. "F" Microsoft I say, they get no free pass from me.
You're arguing about video games...I made a clear observation that you are trying to glaze over, back track and cover up. I will say it again, your original "point" applies to you just as much as it did to the person you were trying to insult (holdemdown)...and now you are deflecting it towards me for calling you out on it.
