I think I good game for kids is Killzone 2. I would say Gears of War but the chainsaw just makes it a little too much for my 4 year old son.
It's all about torrents my brother. I haven't bought or rented a movie in over a year. However this year I bought more games than I ever have before. 6 total.

I get what the author was saying about LBP's level creator. It is hella time consuming. I bought the game two weeks after it came out, and I have still yet to create a level. Hell I hardly even play it anymore.

Killzone 2 looks awesome yes. But I don't think that the matched the target render. Take the bridge part for example. Remember when the dude gets shot and falls off the bridge only to be hung. I haven't seen anything in the actually game like that. The distance is a lot more detailed in the target render. I can't wait to get my hands on the demo FEB 5th. Next month is going to rule.
Whoever wrote this has some serious issues with the FPS Genera. I have always stated that R2's campaign sucked the big one. No one can honestly say this though without giving its multiplayer props. R2 MP ahead of its time. He even takes issue with Halo. The line "just another sh@tty ass FPS trying to take the Halo crown. Which is sad because Halo sucks" WTF then why do you care at all? He really is just mad that he got kicked out of Tiger Teen Beat Future Writers Association.

I hear what you are saying. However with sports games the realisim that we are starting to see this generation is very much appreciated. Honestly I like games that look as realistic as possible. But they need to have a good story to suck me in. So far I can honestly say my favorite game this gen is still The Darkness.
The ESRB just needs to do another media campaign to educate parents on the rating system. American society is not exactly the smartest on our own. Some people still need their hand held. Or better yet why not just change game ratings to the same format as the MPAA, G, PG, PG-13, R, NC-17. It is essentially the same thing, but maybe all the brainless morons out there will get it finally.
If you don't like it, don't buy it. It's really that simple. If you think your kid has a problem discerning fantasy from reality then don't buy him or her games like GTA. Worldwide sales is what really counts. Plus the analyst never mentions all the killer must have exclusive's that Sony is bringing to the table.
