Sony saved the PS3 and kept it alive because of its exclusives. From MGS4, Uncharted, GoWIII, Heavy Rain, inFamous, Motorstorm, LBP, etc...
MS kept the Xbox alive because of CoD, and that's it. Kinect saved it a bit as well but it's pathetic. If CoD dies, the Xbox dies with it. I don't think Halo still has the strength it had back in the original Xbox.

I never understood how people complain about UC3 campaign because of some little plotholes when there are game campaigns completely atrocious like BF3 or bland storytelling like Skyrim.
Games only need one single thing to be competitive and really have a competitive element in it. And that's called balance. Most of the PAS:BR team have worked in other fighting games so I'm sure they'll be making a fun, balanced and deep experience and fighting mechanics.
Those are platformers, they have nice art styles, that's right, but they're still generic platformers.

Artbooks are awesome. I personally have the artbooks from Killzone 3, ACR, ACB, Deus Ex, Skyrim and ME3 from the Collectors Edition and they're amazing. I prefer an artbook to a soundtrack (normally it's only half a dozen of tracks, not the full package) or a documentary (no one really watches that, besides, you can later watch that on youtube).

You know nothing about E3. Rockstar never shows their games at E3 and they've already confirmed they'll not have GTAV at E3. They announce their games when they want, release trailers when they want and just keep owning everyone.

The Vita needs a price cut (200 dollars/euros would be awesome) and some new titles with release dates (I'm talking about bioshock, CoD, AC, etc...).
I bought my Vita with a 4gb card and FIFA Football for 279€, fair price. Then I got Uncharted and Rayman and it's awesome. I just bough a DS a few years ago to play Pokemon and Final Fantasy. The 3DS doesn't appeal to me yet.
They'll never put TLOU that late...it's a game Sony wants to win awards at the VGA's. Besides, ND decides when it comes out unlike the Uncharted series (which ND needed to rush in order to release it). I'm thinkin in a Spring 2013 release date. I've no idea if it's near completion or not, but I thik fall 2013 is too late already.
PAS:BR release looks fine, right before christmas, it'a a good game for PS3 bundles.
People bitch about GoW being the same everytime it comes out and that they've introduced a new features and new mechanics they bitch about they changing it! Damn, people are never satisfied! I'm just curious about the story, I hope we see a story trailer at E3. And probably they release a MP demo, that'd be cool.
Sincerely, when I first bought AC2 I thought it was simply a rennaissance game. When I played the first sequence with the Animus and Desmond and all of that I was completely mindfucked, it was unnecessary...although I like that 2012 apocalipse conspiration templar plot, AC would be a great game without that desmond story, or could be even better.
