EA Sucks. And always will suck as developers.
The problem is MGO is going to be sold as a separate product. Will gamers welcome a multiplayer lock? It def. makes it harder to find players in the middle of the morning when you have a gaming urge.
My COD4 multiplaying gaming sucks though because I'm red bar most of the time (I'm in asia) -- so this might be a good thing.
Uncharted does have a (brief) Install. It places files on your hard drive the first time you put the disc in the system -- and it explains the slightly longer loading time when you first start the game.

just finish playing a 10 vs 10 multiplayer game on the ps3...its fun stuff but its really hard controlling the vehicles. The heli needs getting use to -- otherwise looks like a solid buy.
single player looks boring as hell, but hey you play BF for the multiplayer experience.
EA is damn lazy. I'm still waiting for another patch to fix all the existing bugs including the ones in team fortress AND theres still no surround sound for those with optical output (only HDMI).
red alert isn't a big hit like GTA IV or bioshock so I don't believe that MS would shell out for the exclusive.
EA is in for the money, so they'll wanna bring it out on ALL platforms (even the wii if they have to). Their programmers probably suck at getting it to work at a reasonable frame rate (as usual).

Wait a minute, what you said sounds familiar -- I remember you all yapping last year when Bioshock was claimed to be an 'exclusive' for the Xbox, and guess how that turned out? If you read the article, in a sense, MS *DID* pay for the bioshock exclusivity by paying for the PR when it launched.
Rockstar isn't stupid. Making downloadable content for one box and not for the other would be a complete waste of resources when they know they can be capitalizing on it. Come a few months...

Bioshock developer says it all. I doubt the xbox 50 million GTA IV expansion is so 'exclusive' anymore.
Ridiculous. I post a link to a humor article about MGS IV (a C- rating by 1up, parody) and it doesn't get approved and people b*tch that it belongs to badjoystick. Yet here we are with a gta iv 'patch' and it gets front page. Sigh.
