Its not an insult, I'm just stating from factual evidence -- Valve/EA makes sh*tty PS3 games. I know, because I had it for the PS3 until I realized what a POS it was, sold it, and bought the PC version.
I wouldn't want to dump down the experience, but from what I've heard, even the Xbox version isn't on par with the PC version.
People need to stop bi*ching and get a PS3 + PC with a good graphics card. With the ATI Radeon 4850 dropping below $180 you really don't have an excuse. This way you get the best of both worlds -- most Xbox games port to the PC anyway. Most valve games suck on console; case in point -- TF2 -- where xbox users will have to pay for additional content.
Stick with the PC for shooters, it'll be the best decision you've ever made.

I have hope that EA is turning around as seen with the (good) changes in FIFA, Battlefield, Mirror's Edge, and Spore.
The co-op video showed during E3 wasn't bad. It was the deciding factor whether this was going to be a buy game. I can definitely say its in that category now.
I don't mind the competition. It only means that as consumers, WE get a better product, regardless if its from Sony, MS or Nintendo.
