Your absolutely correct because you bought your PS3 to use a pathetic version of linux instead of playing games.
I bought my PS3 just for the usb ports to charge my phone (not playing games or movies), I was pissed when they took 2 ports away instead of them having 4. Now I can only charge 2 phones at a time!!!!!!2 PHONES!!!!

SOTC was great and artistic, but I remember travelling and wish there was more details, i.e. trees, more wildlife.

The thing is the author of the article did his research and this game won alot of game of the year awards last year and did push the envelope on a single player campaign.
Game also won those designer/developer awards.
In my opinion, this game is tied with Orcarina of Time. That game was epic for it's time.
like GOTY from lots of sites and the BAFTA's.
In my opinion the single player was better that GOW3, and the multiplayer was solid have many modes to play with.
The only downside was no custimization of charaters (styles - not boosters)
and not enough maps out of the get-go.

DLP Lamps are quite expensive and the DLP TV's are thick unlike most LCD/Plasma's which are only 4-~9 inches thick. I have 52" Mitsubishi.
The Cheaper "FAD" for 3d you will have buy a pair of 3D Vision Stereoscopic Glasses. No Additional Purchase Extra and these glasses are already on the market for PC's.
This "might" be a cheaper way by just buying 3d glasses instead of a brade new 46' inch TV for 4 grand USD.

The game will evolve with the right ammount of support i.e. World Events, and DLC.
Zipper has a bad track record of Post-release Support in the PS2 days, but the studio now is 3 times larger and is fully owned by Sony now.
My advice would be to pick up the game if you enjoy a good shooter, since BattleField 2 isn't coming out for a while.
Quite Honestly MAg should of had a cheaper MSRP.
This game would be getting better scores if the game was pitched at 39.99 USD or 60 USD with Blu-tooth Mic just like Warhawk and Socom were priced at (which both didn't not have single player either).
I like the game and all but the asking price does not reflect the value.

GTA4 multiplayer was a glitch fest, and the PS3 version has barely any after market support.
Let alone every review OVER HYPED GTA4 by 9000. The game was good but was not great.
The multiplayer had alot of ambition but the execution was horrible. Auto-Aim with RPG's completely ruining it.
