They had 5 years and didn't even both with Public beta. Heck, they even had 2 weeks to order additional servers based off day 1 sales before the multiplayer went live...
I agree - The game should be reviewed as a total package not just the singleplayer.
It pisses me off that they didn't both doing a public beta + 5 years and 3 weeks after launch, Rockstar still can't fix the issues.
Why is everyone defending them on the poor launch? I have owned every since rockstar game on PS3 (but the tennis game), but I can't let this slide if other games got lambasted for multiplayer and R* doesn't .
Great Point. Save files are stored on R* servers and not locally.
I remeber finally being able to go online and there was a message stating I could not connect to the cloud and that saving was disabled.
I then verified this by resetting my console and was prompted to create a brand new player.
Singleplayer is awesome but Multi lacks alot.
This game is not a 10/10 or even a 9/10 game because the multiplayer and singleplayer are one game. It even states it on the case. I understand singleplayer "was released first".

I went to certain parts of Los Santos and there were ZERO cars and ZERO people. This game needs more NPCS desperately.

2 things about MS:
1 - They have been accused of hiring marketing companies to post on random sites for positive spin. (i.e a Schill)
2 - They game money to polygon.com, ironically this site scores PS3 exclusives way less than the average consensus and knock games for no good reason.
I agree. I hate any DLC that is either timed exclusive or not.
If the game is on more than 1 console, then all versions of that game should have the same amount of content and released in the same amount of time.

I am absolutely sure "some" money from PSN subscriptions is reinvested into the service the same way Xbox live works.
Here's the difference though, I would "imagine" that most XBL fees go to securing "timed-exclusive" DLC or perhaps servers; where Sony focuses more on offering free games.
Uncharted games dont need to be chronologically order imho. Story usually goes as Nate is looking for something.

This game features Auto-save, and a save file should not currupt as the game is supposed to be tested before releasing on the market by both SONY/Microsoft and Rockstar.
Usually they are just test's to make sure the game is playable and that it won't brick the system but to also make sure that there isn't big bugs.
