I am sorry but Halo 3 is better. The only saving grace for Ut3 is the graphics and mods.
Cod4 > Halo 3 however.
by purchasing a EA game however you are helping the empire take over gaming.
I think Rockband and Burnout are good I.P.'s but one would be a hypocrite to actually buy them and still say EA sucks.
I am still curious on how I can resist Battlefield Bad company and SKATe 2.... atleast I know Army of Two will suck.

Seriosly, Ps2 and Ps1 had a truckload of RPG's!
So far Ps3 has enchanted arms,Oblivion..Marvel Alliance and I guess Folklore.
Marvel Alliance and Foklore to me I wouldn't consider RPG's, yet they somehow fall under the genre. So that leads Ps3 owners with perhaps 2 rpg's this year FF13 (2008?), Eternal sonata and White Knight Stories.
This generation sure is backwards, with the 360 having more RPGS and the PS3 getting more First person shooters this yea...
Yea take 2 is hurting. Their sports are great, but without the NFL license in the U.S.... That really hurt them.
Bioshock was great and sold well but one great game a year won't cut it.
I like the Ea approach where they crank out 30 crappy games a year, and then recover all that money with Madden.
I agree for developers MSFT>EA.
IMHO Sony/Nintendo is better at taking care of thier developers.
EA has already did 2 buy outs last year and Take 2 would be too Huge and EA would have enough Developers to actually put out thier own console next generation with more exclusive games and Sony/Nintendo/MSFT Combined.
O god that is scary is EA did release thier own console....

Even though midway hasn't made a lot of hits lately besides UT3 (epic), Rockstar would do well. Midway learned thier lesson with Area 51 and now have stipulated on giving developers more freedom.
Hopefully Midway picks up Rockstar. They sure could use them.

I hope so, but I want 360 and wii owners to enjoy their games too. If they fell into Sony hands, it would be like Insomniac and Rockstar would turn into a 2nd party developer. Sony rewards their developers the best in the industry. Even after Lair flopped, Sony still wrote a Fat check to Factor 5 for another exclusive game.
