It doesn't matter if it's a fad or not, all the current and future PS4 will support it, so it's something you will be able to use without buying a new hardware. If this is not great news, then I don't know what one is.

I agree with you. I had the same idea when the rumors started floating around. Nonetheless that's what Nintendo will do with the NX, except for it being a two in one.
I believe that would make much more sense than a normal handheld, but it could work only with downloads if Sony want it to be compatible with the titles already out. Instead of two configurations, developers should make three, but it shouldn't be too difficult anyways.

Yeah, Shenmue I & II, absolutely. I understand remastering those games might be hard (they are pretty old and the controls suck) but with III coming out that would be a great move.

6 Teraflops puts the new Xbox between a 980ti and a Titan X It makes it pretty much a GPU insanely powerful for 1080, great for 2K/60 and 4K/30.
PS4 Neo, with its rumored 4.2 teraflops would be between a 970 and a 980. It would make a CPU amazing for 1080p, good for 2K/30 (or 60 going with lower details, but we don't want that, do we?).

I played it last month, it's an average game. Impressive graphics for a launch game (still pretty great today), but it's really not a great game. Dead Rising 3 instead was probably the best launch exclusive of this generation.
