9 million units lead over the PS3 WOW that gotta hurt Sony, really looks like that casual PS2 user base has clearly flocked to the Wii and arent coming back lol
That pretty poor considering the Last Remnant (also a new IP) sold similarly on the 360 with a user base which if far far smaller than the PS3's

Practically every game is doing it even games which shouldnt like RE5, WKC and Fable 2. Not having that feature from the start means the game shouldnt even touch a score higher than an 8.5 let alone a 9

Lots of previews have said its just RE4 with better graphics but i think the hype alone will still allow it to get 9+ scores especially since RE4 got them, but they really shouldnt of added co-op because that will seriously take the scare out of things......unless you have to split up

I think its safe to say the main reason for the growth in sales is due to the LBP bundle, it seems the only way Sony can get its struggling exclusives to sell is by bundling them

And advertising doesnt brainwash you and force you to buy a game. The reason Halo 3 is the best selling single platform game ever is not only because it was well advertise, or received multiple perfect scores but because its a fun game which million love playing and continue to play to this day

FFXIII coming to 360 was defiantly the biggest bombshell of the year
Games like GTA, Resident Evil, Star Ocean, Tekken, Devil May Cry jumping the PS ship were all minor shocks even if MGS4 jumped it wouldnt of been as big a shock because of all the rumors but Final Fantasy the one game i thought wasnt possible on the 360 jumped in

Sony obviously bit of more than they could chew, it seems like HOME has created more problems than it solved for PSN

No surprise there with every Gears release it sets a new benchmark in graphical excellence on consoles one can only imagine what Gears 3 will look like
No, 1 scored from the most highly respected magazine in Japan means that Level 5 got a long way to go before it can be called the new SE
Im mean giving games like Haze and Lair high scores just shows how generous they are and the fact that WKC scored lower than them and every 360 JRPG doesnt bode well for them not matter how you spin it
i guess Lvl 5 isnt the new SE, one can only hope it sells better than it scores
Gears 2 obviously, its the sequel to the biggest new IP this gen and GOTY 2006 cant get much better than that
Also being rated higher and selling more than the other two games also helps solidify the point, but Call of Duty comes a close second
