I haven't bought a dvd since I bought my first blu-ray title. I have over thirty blu-rays and love them. I refuse to accept digital downloads are taking over. There are still many, many people who want discs and either can't or don't want to download movies.

I understand you'll be able to meet friends, start games within Home, and play some mini-games like bowling and arcade games, and have your own virtual "home". What else is there? What appeal will it have for someone like myself who doesn't currently play any online multiplayer games?

I liked the demo. It has some issues that others have already stated. I never did and still don't expect this to be GOTY material, but I think it would be unfair for me (or anyone else) to judge how the entire game will be based on a demo that can be completed in six minutes if you just run straight through it. It took me much longer to get through than in this video because I spent time getting used to the different force moves/controls, explored all the areas, and tried to kill every enemy....

My LBP level(s?) will be one(some) of the best available. I plan to dedicate a lot of time and energy to it so that everyone will want to play it. I've been following this game a lot since it was announced oh so long ago, researching about how the creation tools, options, limitations, etc. all will work. Obviously I won't know everything until the game is released, but I plan to put my heart and soul into my creation(s).

Five of my co-workers have purchased a PS3 in the last few months. All of them had Xboxes that broke at one time or another and have now given up on MS and are going the PS3 route.
