Whooo cares what a damn cover looks like! People look at gameplay, the cover fits the case right? Has the name of the game on it right?,there ya go, good cover....really who randomly goes to a store and says omg the cover looks cool imma get this Or the cover doesnt look good enough so im not gonna get this. Lmao give me a break. I could understand if your 5 but were not 5 here.
I doubt they would pack a game with more than 3 disc's in a case for xbox. 60 gbs= 7 disc's... Noooo way, that wouldn't fit. It'll be 25 gbs or less.
It's 5 dollars at my local store. Should have used the word almost, my bad. I'd like if the ps3 side of plus offered more psn games honestly..because I've played all the retails they have to offer..I haven't bought any psn games really.
Bioshock 2 is basically free without plus...Once I get a vita I'll sign up, that side is looking nice.

It's around 20 hours to complete all of it ( treasures and what not) plus it has a decent multi player, I liked it anyway. As long as it has the decent multiplayer a 20 hour campaign is enough. I'm not knocking uc2, it deserved game of the year in 09. Bethesda didn't have any big games out that year so yeah.
What you guys aren't understanding is that a game in which I described above, it feels like YOUR own game more so than others especially with mods and all. You can't get any better than your own game.. And fallout/skyrim type games are just that. They allow the imagination to unfold with a base they set in place. While I agree that linearity in games such as uncharted and God of War ( two of my favorites btw) isn't bad but it feels more like a movie game than all out gaming experi...
30+ hours game play, a main character you can create/ at least customize, a story where you can make different decisions that cause different outcomes, kick ass abilities that you have to develop, kick ass battles you can approach with different play styles/ tactics..decent ai. Whatever game has most of these elements usually gets game of the year in my book. Skyrkm had all these, hence why it easily took goty 2011.
I've had far cry for a few days now. Borderlands is more addicting/ fun, while far cry 3 is more exciting with a mature tone to it, Both are top 5 games of the a year for sure. Which ones better all depends on what you look for in a game. Me personally, if a game takes 50 plus hours to complete everything and is fun to play again, with endless amounts of weapons, kick ass abilities, funny characters and wild battles..well I'd say borderlands 2 is a tad better. That's a tough game ...
What's this talk about catering to different gamers? As a GAMER you should enjoy a variety of all genres. Shit I would hope all of us can name a few games out of each genre we like.
Pcs are for games, movies, porn, socializing, business, music, work, pretty much everything except cooking.
The rpg genre has changed for the better and it's time for final fantasy to move with it... Real Time combat in a ff7 8 9 sequel would be amazing. If 15 has real time combat ill give it a chance too even if the story/characters suck, game play matters the most..and in today's terms turn based combat really isn't game play.. It's hitting x until you defeat an enemy. That was okay back in the 90s but after seeing the likes of Bethesdas rpgs and the demon/dark souls games its not...
Whatever they do, they need to get Gerard Butler to play Kratos and don't make it CGI! Hate cgi movies unless it's some pixar type stuff, those are my requests.
I was talking about the majority who grew up playing this on the ps1, yes I was generalizing I know but that's what most of the original fans want. And a new combat system other than turned based would be welcomed.
Because for most games the ps3 needs them in order to keep performance up to par. The bluray drive spins at speeds of only 2x which is slow..so it needs help with streaming the data ya know? That's where the installs to the hard drive come in. Depends on the type of game and how it was coded also.. Such as God of War 3 which is around 40 gbs and it needs no install.
A FPS on a handheld is a bad idea anyway.. It's all about them rpgs son. Borderlands and fallout being an exception of course.
