(noun - definition: exaggerated statements or claims not meant to be taken literally) for example making a statement and then trying to present it as fact, so if someone said 'God of War is Playstation's game of the generation', that absolutely would be hyperbolic. Is it too early a question, yes. Does it require total speculation, absolutely. Is it designed to get clicks, this is N4G so most defenitly. But I think its fine that it gets people discussing...
Hey man take your time and play at your own pace but defenitly get H:ZD in there when you can its one of those must experience games of the generation and certainly worth your time. I cant see Spider-Man getting bad reviews but hey you never know, I'm sure it will get some smear reviews from fanboy haters but that's pretty much par for the coarse with Sony exclusives these days.
I haven't been interested in making the 4K jump but I have to say this game has me really thinking about getting a 4K TV and a Pro. Was going to wait for PS5 but damn if Spidey doesn't look incredible in those Pro shots.
Neither games physics are better at 8K, or 4K for that matter.
None of that changes or fixes any of its problems.
Not really anything out there that looks like this and runs at 60fps. Seems these days with all the 4K boasting, resolution is prioritized over frames anyway, maybe next gen 60 will become a standard but I wont hold my breath.
My God that list gif is insane, the way Spidey spins around and then flips up off the web, its so fluid and incredible looking this game is on some next level stuff. Cannot wait, day freaking one!

No ones "eating them up" they're a form of input to make things happen in a game, theres only so many buttons on a controller and if a scene is too complex to be done fully by the player a QTE is just a method for allowing interactivity through that scene which is better than having all control taken away and just watching. It looks like it could be, we wont know until the generation is over, Sony has already had some stellar games and more are on the way and those are just the ones we know about.
The title says, "could". Asking a question is not the definition of hyperbolic, had the author stated 'IT IS the game of the generation' then I'd agree with you as to hyperbole.
Hence the "could" part.
