Theres no reason to start flaming Halo 3, I would never say anything negative about MGS4 even though all we've seen is a CGI movie. However like bungie I have faith in the delvopers and I have high hopes for both games.
Its unfair to judge a game when what your seeing is 3 maps, the beta graphics engine, and unfinished features.
Now about MGS4 I think it will benifit from the extra time, its going to be a great game and the 3 extra will prob show.

that the engine in beta is the same one as halo 2 and that when the gameplay is done they will port it to the right engine

I am like most I am a mixed gamer I love my PC more then consoles but i own a 360.
1. RTS, RPG's, and MMO's are not even close to all the games that come out for the PC, He completely ignored sims, platformers, the only two types of games that don't work on PC's are fighters and games like GH.
Frankly i don't give a crap about Guiter Hero or DDR. And the only good fighting game is SC1 for the DC (ya i am a sega fanboy)

1. When XP came out it blew just as hard as Vista is for performance, you have to wait for the graphics card companies to optomize their drivers.

The games map is set on arcade mode, it doesn't have the realism and crazy evolving AI that the harder difficulties do either. Also because its on Arcade the damage is only cosmetic, if you have it on sim mode then the damage effects the car.
I am a little confused at the Japan and US figures, even if the PS3 was selling 30 000 more units then the 360 in Japan it still wouldn't make up the 70 000+ difference that happens in the U.S.
I may be missing something so I am open to a reason.
Also i double checked Sony SENT 1 million units to Europe and sold 600 000 in the first week, HOWEVER the next week saw a 87% drop in sales.

Thats without them having to do any form of advertisement, and that means that almost half of all 360 owners so far have pre order rofl.

How on earth is it in last 2 weeks the the 360 elite has been sold out in hours but its still in third? Ya I am not taking these as anything.
Whenever a company does a smear ad againt another be it Pepsi to Coke or Apple to MS it puts me off wanting to buy thier product because i don't want to use something where they need to do negative advertisement to get anywhere.
Plus Windows continues to grow and it is so unlikely that Apple will ever catch up considering that their comps suck for anything but media and music work.

The PS2 was the second weakest out of all the last gen consoles yet it still won, Gears of War is not the glass roof of Graphics for the system, more people will learn how to make more use of systems (both the PS3 and the 360) and the graphics will keep looking better and better.
Also MS already said they are allowing some games to require a HD. So Disk Space will no longer be a problem
